Heidi Snyder and ME Reality are a full service Realtor service for a great savings. Heidi is great to work with and readily available whenever needed. She lists the house on several sources, most importantly the MLS, where other Realtors look for their clients needs. Heidi even personally organized a whole neighborhood open house to coordinate with ours. She also ran picture ads in the Sunday paper to draw people to our open houses. In addition, she has been very accommodating and helpful in looking after our property, as we had to move out of state before our house has sold. I, personally, can't think of a reason why anyone would pay more in listing fees, when Heidi does such a good job.

A couple of years ago, my wife and I decided to sell our home and upgrade to something larger, for a future family. We tried to no avail to sell it ourselves. After several months, we decided to let a Realtor sell it for us. Of all the dealings that we had with Realtors asking to sell our home for us, only ME Realty made me feel comfortable putting our future in someone else's hands. Heidi Snyder represented us and within 4 months, she sold our house, in a time when the housing market was near the bottom. Not only did she sell it quickly compared to other homes in our area, she was able to sell it above the amount that we purchased it for.
We then moved into temporary housing and waited until we could purchase a larger home in the perfect area. We again asked Heidi to help us and within a few months, we found our dream home. Not only did she assist with the purchase of the new home, she also helped to broker a deal to sell a home lot that we owned but could not build on. This was our first time buying a home that we did not have built specifically for us and Heidi helped us through the negotiations, the home inspection and the final purchase. And when we discovered high levels of Radon in the basement, we panicked. Thankfully, Heidi guided us through and eased our worries during this part of negotiations. We now have a wonderful home and are mitigating the Radon at no cost to us! I am not sure how we could have made it through this past year and a half without Heidi and her wonderful and professional assistance as our Realtor of choice.

There are not enough wonderful words out there for me to describe Heidi Snyder. She is the best Realtor in the industry in my opinion!! And I am very high maintenance and hard to please (hey, at least I admit it though!), so it takes a whole lot to please me. I have 5 good friends that are Realtors too and I chose Heidi over all of them.
I met Heidi in the spring of 2007. She had the house listed that we currently own. We ended up buying this house the 3rd day it was on the market and Heidi had secured two additional offers as well. She impressed us so much that we decided to use her as our Realtor for selling our house. She sold our house in less than 2 months in a very tough market. Heidi is soooooooooooo responsive to all phone calls and emails which is probably one of her best strengths. She is thorough and detail-oriented. She is also honest and very trustworthy.
We are currently in a tough financial situation and were forced to sell our dream home that we have lived in for only two years. Without hesitation, we immediately called Heidi to list the house. I have already been impressed with her top notch sales and service skills. She truly is the best you will find and I promise she will not let you down.
Our house has been on the market for a month and a half and I don't expect miracles in this tough housing market, but I do think Heidi is doing all she can possibly do to get our house sold as quickly as possible. She has already had numerous open houses; marketed our house in both the newspaper and online; and gone above and beyond to really follow-up via phone and email with everyone that comes for a showing.

Heidi, we actually purchased our current home with you Feb. 2007. We are now in the situation that I accepted a promotion in London, KY, so we are in need of selling our home asap! We purchased our home, you made the experience so wonderful, so we are interested in enlisting your help to try to sell our home. Can you send me any information about the actual process, cost, etc...
I will be transferring on Jan. 4th, so we are under some major pressure to move this house quick!!!

Hi Heidi,
That is so funny because I was just talking about you the other day and wondered how you were doing. Things are going great and I love the house. It looks completely different you would be amazed. We painted all of the rooms and it has changed the appearance so much (except for removing wallpaper, haven't tackled that one yet). We built a big carport onto the back coming into the sunroom. I will have to send you a picture.
Anyway, we are loving it and again appreciate all that you did for us.

Thank you so much for the gifts. Bradley has not decided exactly what he wants to buy with his yet but I am sure he will have no problem spending it. You did not have to give us anything, you were a total blessing to us and we ALL thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Its not everyday that you meet someone as genuine and precious as you. We will always remember you and your kindness in our glamorous house. Heidi,
Thanks for all of your help with the purchase of our home. Thanks for showing
me all of the homes that I was interested in, but Laura wasn't. First
impressions really do matter and I think you did a great job helping to stage
this home. I really appreciate you providing the info helping Howard and the
attorneys to get the paperwork ready for the closing yesterday. Howard called
me after I left to verify that you received what you needed for the 2nd
closing. I told him that I assumed so since you hadn't called.

Thank you so much for all of your time and hard work. David and Tracy talked about you all through lunch. They are so impressed with you. I was trying to pin them down on the pros and cons of the houses and those two were single focused on the pros of a great Realtor whether you are the seller or the buyer. This went on until they showed us the dessert menu. Then they focused on a chocolate smothered Belgium waffle Sunday. So that means you are something!

That will be awesome. We were shocked to hear this news. As for the potential buyers, we are with you and do not want to seem desperate either. We just have the feeling that the father will not think our house is good enough for these two. Hopefully we are wrong but our philosophy is expect the worst so that the outcome will not be worse than expected. Thank you so much for all that you've done. The timing was great and we couldn't have asked for anything more!!!! You were great to work with and I will definitely recommend you to others. I really appreciated how well you stayed 'on top of' the listing and your willingness to do all of the open houses. Getting a contract on my house has definitely alleviated a lot of stress in our lives right now with the closing on Fiddler Creek and getting married in June. Now, comes the daunting the task of packing.
